Minimum fee regardless of length $375 per month

Mono hull Long term slip only  $10.50 per ft per month
Mono hull Long term live aboard  $12.50 per ft per month

Catamaran Short term slip only $19.00 per ft per month
Catamaran  Short term live aboard  $21.50 per ft per month

Catamaran Long term slip only  $16.50 per ft per month
Catamaran  Long term live aboard   $18.00 per ft per month

During summer months rates will include water and electricity.

November 1st - March 31st
Minimum fee regardless of length $300 per month

Mono hull Short term slip only $9.50 per ft per month
Mono hull Short term live aboard   $11.50 per ft per month

Mono hull Long term slip only  $8.00 per ft per month
Mono hull Long term live aboard  $9.50 per ft per month

Catamaran Short term slip only $15.00 per ft per month
Catamaran  Short term live aboard  $17.50 per ft per month

Catamaran Long term slip only  $17.50 per ft per month
Catamaran  Long term live aboard   $14.50 per ft per month

During winter months vessels must be winterized and electricity is supplied for chargers only and not for heating.
