During winter months, vessels must be winterized and electricity is supplied for chargers only and not for heating.
During summer months rates include water and electricity.
Long term rates only applicable on 5 plus month agreements. All other agreements are applicable as short stay rate.
Warehouse Creeek Marina offer daily rates, short term rates less than one month, and long term rates two months or more.
Monthly dockage fees are due in advance on the 1st day of each month. One month’s fee is held as deposit on a long term slip rental. |
